SEALTEX ST-3271 Space Application Cork Rubber Sealing Board is a composite material based on natural cork, specifically designed for thermal protection requirements in aerospace applications. Utilizing renewable cork resources, this product features lightweight properties, low thermal conductivity, and excellent flexibility. It provides reliable thermal management solutions for components exposed to high-temperature gas flow environments in rockets and aircraft.

Natural and Eco-Friendly: Made from cork oak bark, a renewable natural plant tissue, the material is recyclable.
Lightweight Thermal Insulation: Closed-cell honeycomb structure with a density of approximately 0.48 g/cm³ and low thermal conductivity, contributing to reduced system weight.
Excellent Temperature Resistance: Withstands high temperatures, maintaining structural integrity after carbonization at 500°C and retaining approximately 20% carbon residue at 1300°C.
Stable Mechanical Properties: Exhibits good tensile strength and flexibility, performing well when conforming to complex geometries.
Forming and Processing Flexibility: Supports cutting, shaping, and bonding, facilitating installation on diverse substrates (metals, composites).
